Who we are

This policy covers the Prime Courts website and project inquiries submitted through it. Prime Courts is operated by Fence Fanatics LLC dba Prime Courts. For privacy questions, email admin@fencefanatics.com or call (469) 757-7463.

Information collected

When you send an inquiry, we receive the name, email address, phone number, organization, project location, service selection, schedule and project details you provide, including links to plans or photos. Please provide only information needed to discuss your project. Do not send payment-card details, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information through this form.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the website.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, review project requirements, prepare estimates, coordinate requested services, maintain business records and protect against spam or misuse. A project inquiry does not subscribe you to promotional text messages.

Service providers and disclosures

The inquiry form sends your information through FormSubmit to admin@fencefanatics.com, the shared administrative inbox used by Fence Fanatics and Prime Courts. Hosting, security and email providers also process information needed to operate these services. Authorized team members may review your inquiry to respond and coordinate your project. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and website security.

Third-party services and websites have their own privacy practices. Review the FormSubmit website for its current policies before submitting information.

Cookies and tracking

The website does not currently include advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts in its application code. Hosting and anti-abuse services may use security cookies. FormSubmit may present third-party spam verification when you submit an inquiry. Browser settings can control cookies, although blocking them may affect security checks or submissions. The current website does not use inquiry data for targeted advertising or offer a data-sale feature.

Retention and security

Inquiry information is retained as needed for follow-up, project administration, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations. Retention can vary with the nature of the inquiry or project. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure; avoid sending confidential documents through publicly accessible links.

Your requests and choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information you submitted, or ask us to stop optional follow-up, using the email or phone number above. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to a copy of your data and to opt out of certain processing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for legal or business obligations. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines. If a request is denied, you may appeal by emailing the same address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. These choices do not limit rights available under applicable law.

This website is intended for adults arranging projects and is not directed to children under 13. If a child has submitted personal information, contact us to request removal. We may update this policy as website practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
